Shipping and deliveries

If you place your order from Monday to Friday, the package will be delivered in Italy within 3-5 business days.Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day, provided they have not been paid for using bank transfer as a payment method, which requires a few days of processing to be accounted for and visible.
Shipping costs:
ITALY: free for orders starting from €200.00.Otherwise, the fee is €15.00
EUROPE: free for orders starting from €500.00.Otherwise, the fee is €30.00
EXTRA-EUROPE: free for orders starting from €700.00.Otherwise, the fee is €50.00
Our shipments are always entrusted to the best couriers.

Each delivery contains:
  • the ordered product(s)
  • any informational and marketing material
  • any gadgets
Upon receipt of the goods at your home, we ask you to verify the integrity of the package at the time of delivery by the courier. In case of anomalies, you must have them noted by the courier and reject the delivery after mandatory communication to Zoraido, also by contacting customer service via e-mail at info@zoraido.com.

Art. 63 Transfer of risk - Consumer Code

In contracts that impose on the merchant the obligation to arrange for the shipment of the goods, the risk of loss or damage to the goods, for reasons not attributable to the seller, is transferred to the consumer only when the latter, or a third party designated by him and different from the carrier, physically takes possession of the goods.
However, the risk is transferred to the consumer already at the time of delivery of the goods to the carrier if the latter was chosen by the consumer and such choice was not proposed by the merchant, without prejudice to the consumer's rights against the carrier.
